Nick leads the Livingston team that provides core services across North America, including classification, free trade agreements, import and export compliance, and valuation. With over 24 years of industry experience, he is focused on customs brokerage, operational leadership, and customized, client-focused solutions. Nick is known for building cohesive teams that deliver consistent service quality and operational excellence.

Chadd leads the delivery and continuous improvement of Livingston's TradeSphere software solutions. He specializes in regulatory compliance automation and trade management software integration with enterprise software platforms. His industry-leading team focuses on automation excellence to help our clients achieve ever-higher levels of regulatory compliance and logistical efficiency.

Lindsey leads a global team dedicated to delivering tailored trade compliance solutions. She specializes in free trade agreement origin determination, classification, import compliance, and broker management. A licensed U.S. customs broker and certified customs specialist, she is passionate about leveraging data to solve complex trade challenges and create integrated compliance strategies that align with clients' business objectives.

Brian’s team helps companies maximize their duty drawback recovery and minimize risks to achieve higher levels of customs compliance. Brian’s expertise spans customs audit assistance, compliance reviews and preparation of customs protests and ruling letters.

Jill oversees U.S. import and export projects and offers compliance, risk management and penalty mitigation solutions. She specializes in export licensing requirements, supply-chain security, penalty mitigation projects, anti-dumping and countervailing duties, and intellectual property orders.

Jamie is responsible for assessing the trade compliance needs of clients and prospects and outlining solutions and services to help them. Jamie’s expertise includes full end-to-end process mapping; supply chain data analytics, cost minimization and cycle-time reduction.

David has extensive experience in the development, preparation, and communication of compliance policies, and in reviewing and re-engineering supply chains and compliance processes. An EU expert, David has thorough knowledge and understanding of U.S. extra territorial controls and regulations affecting international trade.

Gavin Everson has over 35 years of experience in customs, international trade and logistics management, particularly in implementing customs and logistics processes and systems. He has responsibility for advising and delivering Customs solutions to Livingston’s EMEA clients.

Steven Guo is responsible for Asia GTM Operations and specifically, consulting service in China. He has over 24 years of experience in China customs affairs, and his specific areas of expertise are China Customs related operations and Hong Kong import and export control.

Judith specializes in helping clients navigate the complexities of Mexican customs regulations and trade compliance. With extensive experience in IMMEX regulations, FTA origin determinations, AEO/C-TPAT certifications, and duty minimization strategies, she has a proven track record of optimizing processes and reducing risks for multinational companies. Judith is committed to helping clients build a strong compliance culture.
